Refund policy
- If we cannot activate your plan, you get a full refund to the same bKash/Nagad number.
- If a plan stops working during its time and we cannot fix it within 48 hours, we refund the unused days.
- No refund after activation if you simply change your mind, or if the account was misused (password changed on a shared account, sharing with others).
- Refunds are sent within 3 working days after approval.
Terms of use
- Enter the correct transaction ID. Wrong or fake payments are rejected.
- Shared accounts are for one person. Do not change their password, email or settings.
- A plan runs for the number of days shown, starting when we approve it.
- AIPass is a reseller and is not part of OpenAI, Netflix or other brands.
