How long does activation take?
Usually within a few hours after we verify your payment. You'll get a message on Telegram (if you use our bot) and see it in My subscriptions.
How do I pay?
Send money with bKash or Nagad to the number shown at checkout, then enter your number and transaction ID (TrxID).
What is the difference between shared, own email and own account?
Shared: we give you login details of an account. Own email: we invite or activate the plan on your email. Own account: you give your account email and password and we activate it for you.
Is my password safe?
Only the shop owner can see it, it is never shown back or sent in messages. We recommend changing it after activation.
How do I renew?
We remind you 3 days before your plan ends. Just press Buy again in My subscriptions.
How do I check my order?
Open My subscriptions, or use Track order with your order ID and transaction ID.
What are points?
You earn 1 point for every ৳100 spent. Each point is ৳1 off at checkout.
